Digital ILS |
Discontinued. Please consider a
Woodward LSM load share module.
This isochronous load sharing controller will enable a common load to be proportionately
shared among any number of engine generators in a system. The generators do not need to
have the same kilowatt rating. This unit has several additional features that will help
reduce your overall system cost. These features include: Reverse and forward power
monitoring of your generator; Analog signal for forward power monitoring of your system;
Load pulse unit to improve your off speed transients.
SPECIFICATIONS
Voltage Inputs: 3 phase, 115 to 480 VAC
Current Inputs: 3 phase, 25 to 5.0 amps
Load Sharing Setability: Setable to ± 0.5% at full load
Reverse Power Relay Contacts: Normally closed
Forward Power Relay Contacts: Normally open
Forward Power Monitoring Signal: 0-5 VDC or 0-5 mAdc analog signal |

Load Commander |
Discontinued.
This load commander can be used with any of the DYNA controllers for your peak shaving
applications. When used without a commercial power adapter, it will cause the engine
driven generator to produce a constant power and the commercial power will vary to meet
all electrical load variations.
SPECIFICATIONS
Input Signal: Power set potentiometer (5000 ohms)
Input Voltage: 115/230 VAC RMS, 50/60 Hz
Output To: DYNA II isochronous load module
Power Consumption: 25 VA maximum |

Load Pulse Control |
Discontinued. Please consider a Woodward LSM
load share module.
The DYN2-50000 series single-phase load pulse unit is used to monitor the output of one
phase of your generator. Then, when a step increase in load changes, the unit puts out a
signal to the governor that supplies more fuel to the engine before an actual speed change
occurs.
SPECIFICATIONS
Input Signal: Obtained from a 1 or 5 amp current transformer
Output Signal: To speed input on DYNA controller
Operating Voltage: Obtains its power from the DYNA controller. |

Pow-R-Con |
Limited production for existing
systems only, not for new installations. Please consider a Woodward GCP, EGCP, or MFR
unit.
The Pow-R-Con represents an integrated approach to isochronous load sharing,
auto-synchronizing, load managing and measurement/annunciation. This approach allows a
single module to incorporate four functions. Standard functions include:
Integral or Remote Mounting of Display and Programming Panel; Automatic Syncro-Scope
Display Function During Synchronizing; Measured True RMS Digital Display for L-L and L-N
Voltage, Phase Current, Frequency, Kilowatts, KVAR and Power Factor; If display and
programming panel is not ordered, programming is via laptop computer |

Ramp Generator |
Discontinued. Please consider
upgrading system with a Woodward engine controller with built-in ramp function.
This ramp generator functions to operate the engine at a chosen idle speed and then, upon
ramp switch closure, increases engine speed from the idle to operational speed during an
adjustable length of time.
SPECIFICATIONS
Operating Voltage: 9 to 40 VDC
Ambient Operating Temperature: -55°C to 85°C( -65° to 185°F)
Chassis Design: The chassis is sturdily constructed of steel and is designed for
behind-the-panel mounting.
Vibration: Withstands the following vibration without failure or degraded performance:
0.06 inch double amplitude at 5 to 18 Hz; 1 G at 18 to 30 Hz; 0.02 inch double amplitude
at 30 to 48 Hz; 2.5 Gs at 48 to 70 Hz
Shock: Withstands 15 Gs in each of three mutually perpendicular axes.
Finish: Dark blue, baked ename |

single-phase ILS |
Discontinued. Please consider a Woodward LSM
load share module.
The DYN2-50004 single-phase droop module is used when paralleling multiple generator sets
in droop. The module monitors the current in one phase of the generator, sending a signal
to the DYNA I controller.
